Forensic RNA Knowledge Base

A Comprehensive Knowledge Base Focused on Forensic Transcriptomics

Project Overview

ForensicRNA is a comprehensive, high-fidelity knowledge base designed specifically for the forensic science community. It aims to bridge the gap between complex transcriptomic data and practical forensic applications.

By integrating multi-center validated RNA markers, sequence information, and thermodynamic structure predictions, ForensicRNA provides a reliable reference for body fluid identification, post-mortem interval (PMI) estimation, and other forensic inquiries.

Curated Data

Manually verified markers from authoritative studies.

AI Integration

Powered by ForensicAgent for intelligent Q&A.

Visualization

Interactive RNA secondary structure and tracks.
